Sandhya Prakash Limited- Under Liquidation, stands under the Possession & Control of  CA Devendra Jain who is appointed as  Liquidator of  Sandhya Prakash Ltd. by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench vide order dated 20.09.2019  issued  under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
